Estimator



Require
    • Accurately and efficiently preparing detailed cost estimates and proposals.
    • Prepare accurate quantity take-off for residential and park model homes.
    • Validate estimates through comparison to similar projects, existing designs and as-built data.
    • Maintain supporting documents and files.
    • Review scope of work, analyze drawings and evaluate requirements for pricing.
    • Ability to read blueprints.
    • Accuracy and attention to detail when working under deadlines.

Buyer - Manufacturing and Processing



Require
    • Responsible for ordering materials for the in-house manufacturing of custom modular homes or park model trailers on a timely basis to meet the requirements of the production line.
    • The position also includes responsibilities for inventory control and sourcing new product.
    • Knowledge of components for house building.(see experience)
    • Ability to read blue prints.(see experience)
    • Well organized.
    • Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
    • Good oral and written communicator.
    • Ability to negotiate.
    • Experience as a buyer and in the housing or park model business would be an asset.

Quality Control



Require
    • Lead corrective action, assess potential problems and take preventive measures.
    • Knowledge of construction industry is an asset
    • Responsible for the establishment, planning, documentation and maintenance of quality assurance standards and procedures.
    • Provide technical support in the development of production methods.
    • Inspect production units for quality, design compliance with specs and work order accuracy.
    • Review Work Order and production line drawings to avoid potential production problems.
    • Facilitate Quality Improvement activities, problem solving initiatives; provide quality support to the Production, Drafting and Customer Service departments.
    • Lead and oversee personnel to ensure that proper quality and inspection procedures are followed.
    • Analyze problems related to production delays, poor quality and inspection procedures and inadequate controls and specifically identify the root problem.
    • Lead corrective action, assess potential problems and take preventive measures.

Field Service Technician



Require
    • Job task planning and organization skills
    • Ability to work with tight deadlines
    • Decision making, written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail required. 
    • Related experience in the housing industry and or the RV industry is an asset.
    • Out-of-town overnight travel is required.
    • A broad range of construction-like skills are required since scope of work may vary.
    • Ability to independently assess problems and strong judgment to resolve is essential.
    • Clean driving abstract and criminal record check will be required.
