When submitting a warranty claim or parts order the following will be required:

  1. Serial Number “Click Here to View” 
  2. Product Line and Model Year
  3. Photos – One up Close of Issue and one further away showing where the location in unit is

I Would Like to Make Changes to Electrical, HVAC or Plumbing

All Changes or Renovations should be completed by a qualified professional. Please contact your Dealer or Park / Resort owner for 3rd Party recommendations in your area.

Is There Blocking Behind the Wall To Support My TV?

Blocking will be detailed on your unit floorplan. If you do not have access to your floorplan – Please contact your Dealer or Campground / Resort Owner.

How Long Does It Typically Take For a Warranty Claim to Be Fulfilled?

Warranty Claims are prioritized based on severity and parts availability because of this we cannot accurately dictate a timeline.

Will Northlander Complete Work Outside of My Warranty?

Northlander does not complete any work outside of warranty claims.

Can I Paint My Vinyl Wallboard?

Yes, by following these steps:

  1. Prep the area by using an 80-grit sandpaper to roughen the wall for Adhesion
  2. Continue prepping the wall by wiping the wall with water and dish soap. Repeat by wiping the wall with just water and dry thoroughly. Ensure all Soap is removed.
  3. Contact your local Paint specialist for a Primer/ Paint for Vinyl Surfaces. Two coats may be required. Typically, an Acrylic Latex Paint will be recommended.

How Do I Turn The Water Off To My Unit?

Every Northlander is equipped with a Main Shut off Valve. This is typically near the Water Heater or underneath the kitchen or bathroom sink. If you are unable to locate the shut off valve, contact your Dealer or Park / Resort owner.

Why Are My Windows Sweating?

Sweating Windows can be related to excessive humidity. Please read your owner’s manual for tips on Moisture control within your unit. Click Here to view all Manuals.

Is My Unit Able to Withstand Snow on the Roof?

At Northlander we use Pre-engineered roof trusses on 16” centers (88 lbs. per sq. ft. ground snow load). This exceeds minimum building codes for Ontario. If concerned contact your Dealer or Park / Resort Owner for further options available.
