Interior wall & ceiling surfaces are in good condition?*
Furniture & appliances have no scratches, dents or transit damage?*
Set up and soiling, as well as operating instructions and manuals are complete.
Countertops are free of blemishes?*
Blinds & fabric partitions are in good condition?*
Plumbing fixtures have been checked for appearance, traps tightened, functioning, and winterizing completed (if applicable)?*
Electrical fixtures "general" and lamps are in good condition, and all bulbs and tubes installed?*

Review and activate all heating/cooling systems, venting fireplace, thermostats, switches, furnace safety switch, discussed refuelling responsibility and shut-offs?*
Review of electrical, water and gas supply capacity? Viewed installer gas tags where applicable? Discussed information sheet on low voltage?*
Reviewed all sheets in customer package for maintenance, A/C, moisture..etc?*
Discussed owner warranty activation, warranty labels, and procedure for obtaining service though the dealer?*
