Floor finish has no scratches, stains, soiled areas, or other damages?*
Interior doors (appearance & fit), trim, casings, and mouldings are all in good condition?*
Drapery, bedding, and fabrics are in good condition?*
Furniture & appliances have no scratches, dents or transit damage?*
Set up and soiling, as well as operating instructions and manuals are complete.
Countertops are free of blemishes?*
General appearance of cabinets is good (no scratches, dents, missing doors or drawer faces)?*
Blinds & fabric partitions are in good condition?*
Were the blinds turned closed (to protect interior) prior to retail sale?*
Reviewed misc. items shipped in unit (i.e skirting, a/s, siding..etc)?*
Confirmed there was no evidence of water penetration, marking, or damage?*
Plumbing fixtures have no visible chips, dents, or scratches?*
Electrical fixtures "general" and lamps are in good condition?*

    Failure to fill-out this form following review will void your pre-retail or customer warranty claim. Once the dealer has signed the delivery inspection, Northlander and/or the Carrier are liable only for damages and shortages as noted above.
